As things stand today. Well, almost--moved the whole system to the other side of the living room. Now, a cushy leather sofa sits in front of the fireplace...lol

In 2003, replaced a pair of vintage RTA 8t's with these excellent LSi15s. But, ugh...that 27-inch Sony TV...it was so ready for an upgrade! My Polks deserved a much nicer companion.

In 2008 (finally) came the upgrade: A 42" Pioneer PDP4280HD. Beautiful picture! The shiny black bezel also looks fantastic with the piano black of the LSi15s. Can't say enough about my Polks--they look and sound beautiful.

After buying the Pioneer plasma, added a Panasonic DMPBD35K Blu-ray player.

Added a pair of granite slabs in 2009, mostly because they looked "fancy." It may be just psychological; but placing the speakers on granite slabs (instead of using carpet spikes) did seem to improve bass "punchiness." These Black Galaxy granite slabs are 24" x 24" x 3cm, weighing a hefty 111 pounds each.

In April 2012, sent my Carver HR752 and TFM35 to be refreshed by Carver Audio Repair. Excellent servicing; the "tune-up" made a very positive difference! Bob Carver was kind enough to autograph both--Thank You!

This is the refreshed TFM35. Classic Carver Audio power in concert with the superb, clear sound of Polk Audio? Definitely, yes...I am one happy camper!
