Its a blessing to be able to listen while overlooking the Smoky Mountians. Listening room is 38X22,10 ft peak ceiling, peaky cyress walls, maple floors. Designed it myself. Has ouside doors to rest of house and brick walls so I can listen at night loud and not disturb family. The glass behind the Polks does not seem to hurt sound stage. Love classical through rock. Right now speakers are on the furntiure gildes. Wonder if spikes would help but the 155 lb speakers would then be a bear to move.
