My Obsession

My system is in my living room and I use it to watch TV, movies and listen to music. My obsession because I’m constantly thinking of how I can improve it. In the last year I’ve drawn several pictures of stands to hold my equipment and TV. Finally settled on what you see here. I made the Arts and Crafts style furniture with Quarter Sawn White Oak.

My new Sony SXRD and the TV stand I designed and made for it. You can see the coolest poster ever above the TV. The poster was free from Maxell 20 some years ago. The frame was far from free.	Looking at it from the left	Looking at it from the right
My seating. Made the side table between the chairs. My old PSW150 is behind the chairs. Couldn't sell it so might as well use it.	CD Rack I made. Made the monster truck to.	Subwoofer and left speaker. You can see the side of the stand I made.
Right rear speaker. Made all the clocks and the shelf they are sitting on.	The stand before the TV arrived.	Looking at the system from the left. You can see one of the lights behind the TV that provides ambient light. They are connected to a dimmer switch that can be controlled from the remote.
