DSW PRO and DSW microPRO Series Subwoofers
While VM Series speakers work well with any high quality subwoofer, we've made specific recommendations to help you easily choose the best match. If you have a large room or just want extra bass capability, a more powerful sub will never hurt. You may even want to consider using two subwoofers for even better performance.
The compact VM10 works great with high quality compact subwoofers such as the PSW111, DSW PRO 400 (shown right) and DSW microPRO 1000 or DSW microPRO 2000.
The VM20 is complemented best by our midsized subwoofers- DSW PRO 500 or DSW microPRO3000.
The VM30 towers match up best with a subwoofer able to keep up with its incredible performance capability-DSW PRO 600, DSW microPRO3000 or DSW microPRO 4000 are the best choices.

Innovative Style and Design
VM Series features standard Polk technologies such as Dynamic Balance and Klippel Optimized components. But we've also added a variety of advanced parts to bring you the best look and sound. Instead of traditional wood or plastic, the cabinets are available in either hand polished black or silver aluminum, complementing both traditional and modern decors. The elegant glass bases of the VM10 and VM30 provide stability while accenting their jewel-like quality.

Narrow Baffle Design Geometry ensures a broad dispersion sound field even when mounted next to your TV. Enjoy huge, open and three-dimensional imaging from a wide range of listening positions. High-quality, Gold plated 5-way Binding Post Inputs ensure snug connections every time.
Technology that Improves Sound
Dynamic Balance® Mineral Filled Polypropylene Drivers produce flat frequency response, excellent detail and transparency. Butyl Rubber Surrounds provide excellent resonance damping for better sound and high durability for many years of listening enjoyment. Ferro-Magnetic fluid-cooled 1" Aluminum Dome Tweeter creates excellent dispersion off-axis and high frequency accuracy.
High Velocity Array and Planar Bass Radiators
VM30 and VM20 speakers feature High Velocity Array- a special speaker configuration to allow the slim look while providing crisp, clear and articulate sound. High Velocity Array and narrow baffle design widens the dispersion of the speaker- this means every seat in the house gets great sound, not just the person sitting in the "sweet spot." In order to get rich sound out of such a slender speaker, VM20 and VM30 use Planar Bass Radiators- technology from our top of the line DSW microPRO series subwoofers. The VM30 features four of them. You'll be surprised how warm and full sounding such a slim speaker is.
Mix and match
With three models to choose from in the VM Series, you can mix and match models to create a high performance home theater or music system. From a basic 2 speaker stereo, to a full blown 7.1 configuration- VM series speakers are all sonically and cosmetically matched.
