| Job Description: |
Responsible for administration of network database applications. Individual is responsible for administration, development, reporting, and support of corporate network-based applications including client/server, database, and data warehouse applications.

| Job Responsibilities:
|
Responsible for administration of network database applications
Installs, configures, upgrades and maintains network database applications.
Performs administrative duties for existing network database applications including, but not limited to Cognos (PowerPlay), Data Collection, Reporting Services, Mail Order Manager, TimeSheets, and miscellaneous network applications.

| Assists with the development and enhancement of the corporate data warehouse. |
| Performs administrative duties for corporate data warehouse. |
| Performs preliminary investigation of and assists users with need analysis for data warehouse applications. |
| |
| Assists the ERP System Manager with the development and enhancement of the corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. |
| Assists with the administration and expansion of the corporate ERP application, Manage-2000 (M2K). |
| Assists with the development and enhancement of ERP-related subsystems including, but not limited to, business intelligence and EDI applications. |

Job Qualifications: |
BA in Computer Science or BS in Information Systems required.
Equivalent working experience considered.
Experience with network database applications, including Microsoft Access and SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, to include SQL scripting, stored procedures, and user defined functions.

| Experience with database reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or MS Reporting Services. |
| Working knowledge of ASP, .NET, HTML, XML, and a scripting language (PERL) or JavaScript desired. |
| Working knowledge of Visual Studio desired and data modeling (ERD and DFD). |
| Exposure to data warehouse and OLAP applications such as MS Analysis Services preferred. |
| Working knowledge of ETL tools such as MS DTS/SSIS. |
| to write batch file and FTP scripts to send and retrieve data to and from external sites. |
| Must be highly motivated and able to contribute in a team-oriented environment. |
| Ability to communicate well with others, both verbally and in writing. |
| Ability to work independently, set priorities, and make decisions with minimal supervision. |
| Must have ability to resolve problems in a timely manner. |
| Ability to tactfully and courteously deal with employees and others. |
| Accuracy, especially in technical documentation is a must. |
