Individual is responsible for promoting and assisting in the sales and service of Polk Audio products to all Polk Audio Customers, both inside and outside the Corporation, through proactive verbal, electronic and written communications, and by cultivating and maintaining positive customer relationships, on an individual basis and as an active member of the Sales Team.

| Job Responsibilities:
|
Sales order processing for Polk Audio customers, to include dealers, independent representatives, distributors, salesmen and consumers. Takes orders for Polk Audio products and enters them promptly and accurately in Manage 2000. Keeps records of orders and calls taken. Undertakes necessary measures for orders to be released and allocated and shipped in a timely fashion to meet order fulfillment goals established by Polk Audio or the customer.
Answers basic technical question concerning Polk Audio Products. Resolves with dealers such problems as product shortages, shipping discrepancies, and transportation and transactions charges, to include issuing Return Authorizations, product replacement, credits, providing freight quotes.

Job Qualifications: |
Education: Some college such as an A.A. degree preferred.
Experience: 2 - 3 years experience in sales and sales administration. Some background in the stereo business preferred.

This individual is responsible for all aspects of accounting in the company, including the monthly close process, reporting results to and interfacing with the Corporate Finance Staff, policies and procedures, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, audits and tax support.

| Job Responsibilities:
|
Completion, timeliness and accuracy of the Company’s Financial Statements in accordance with Company policy and GAAP. Development and maintenance of Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 Internal Controls.
Daily interaction with Corporate Finance Staff, responding to queries, providing schedule and analyses. Development and maintenance of certain schedules justifying the estimates and reserves used in the presentation of Financial Statements.
Supporting Corporate in the successful completion of the annual and interim financial audits, wholly responsible for the completion of the local subsidiary audit. Supporting Corporate in the completion of the annual tax return, providing schedules and responding to queries. Company’s sales and use tax return program, wholly responsible for seeing state audits to their completion.

Job Qualifications: |
EDUCATION: BS degree in Accounting and/or Business/Finance
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years accounting experience preferred (recent, relevant public account experience is required, supervisory experience is preferred). CPA highly desirable, or working toward successful completion of CPA certification.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

| Must possess strong knowledge and interpretation of accounting theory and practice. |
| Must have the ability to effectively work with others within and outside of the department to achieve results. Must be proficient using Windows based software applications, especially Excel and have experience with financial accounting software. |
| Must have the ability to work independently, set priorities, and make decisions. Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Has latitude to resolve routine problems as they arise and applies common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. |
| Must have positive professional attitude, be aggressive and enthusiastic, and must be eager to learn and grow with the company. Must be organized and meticulous with details. |
| Must be able to identify and resolve all types of accounting errors/ issues. |
