No purchase necessary. Must be 18 years of age or older. Survey must be received by the first day of each month. Completed surveys received after the deadline will entered into the next month's drawing. One survey response per month please.

The winner will be randomly chosen on the first business day of each month. Your odds of winning will be determined by the number of people who enter the drawing. Polk Audio will contact the winner by email and require them to sign an affidavit attesting to their eligibility to win within 10 days of notification. Polk Audio will also post the name of the winner unless they specify not to be posted. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Polk Audio will pay for shipping expenses.

This drawing is void where prohibited. Employees of Polk Audio, their families and members of their households are not eligible to participate in this drawing.
