Check with the dealer where you purchased your Polk component. Most (but not all) dealers that sell our components also provide service, particularly within the first 30 days. Or you can work with Polk Audio directly to obtain service. Call 1-800-377-7655 during US east coast business hours, Monday - Friday, or send us an email. If you are in Canada or outside the USA, please contact us first for service information or call +1 (410) 358-3600. If you want to send us the entire unit, pack the component(s) in the original carton or equivalent and ship to:

We will repair or replace the usually within a week (not including shipping time). You are responsible for the freight cost to and from Polk Audio. If you do not have the original packing carton, call us for packing advice. Polk Audio is not responsible for shipping damage due to inadequate packaging.
