In 1972, on a quiet overgrown street in Baltimore, in a house that still looks like it
came out of a Hollywood horror flick, a couple of young guys turned a love for great sound
into a crazy idea. The idea became a quest. Soon the quest became a company. Their love for
music inspired them to make great sound available to as many people as possible. Now you
can discover how our audio products will transform your entertainment anywhere you want

more fun. We're still on that quest. We're still in love.

Polk was founded on a simple idea. Love of music. That love, even after 40 years, still drives us.
