How do I obtain service for my loudspeakers?
Check with the dealer where you purchased your Polk loudspeakers. Most dealers that sell our
loudspeakers service Polk speakers. Or you can work with Polk Audio directly to obtain service.

If you are outside the US or Canada, please contact the distributor or store of where the product was originally purchased for service.
In most cases a defective part can be removed from the speaker cabinet using simple household tools then sent to:

We will repair or replace the speaker generally within one week (not including shipping time). You are responsible for the freight cost to us but we will pay for the freight charges back to you. Pack whatever you are sending in well as Polk Audio is not responsible for shipping damage due to inadequate packaging.
