I didn't buy these speakers but an earlier model - a pair of AWM3IIs. Unfortunately, the grills and hardware did not last as I had expected. I spoke with Ken in customer service, who promptly sent me replacement parts for my three year old speakers. Forget how these things sound - which happens to be very good - I would buy another pair of Polks just for the customer service. These guys stand behind their products, which in my book makes the Company and its employees real winners.

Impressive!!! The coolest hunk on my block has asked about my system and knows all about Polk Audio....damn!!!
Weaknesses:
I'm 5'5" tall and I do have to reach to adjust the speaker volume if I want it louder or softer in my kitchen where my Atriums are hung...however they can also be controlled by the volume control on my Isonic which is in my living room. Though I previously stated that I am no audio snob...Polk Audio might just turn me into one. Oh no...watch out!
Review:
I purchased the Atrium 45Ps to go with my Isonic. My home is small and I'm kickin it and very happy with all that I expected from the speakers. I'm no sound snob but I don't think one has to be to appreciate and know when something sounds good.

Detial, midrange accuracy
Weaknesses:
Poor bass response
Review:
The detail in these Atruim 45's is excellent, the mids are decent and the lows are, as expected from a speaker this size, weak. Most people aren't looking for an audiophile speaker that they leave outside, this is a great bang for the buck speaker (look for Fry's specials on them).

Sound size appearance versatility workmanship
Weaknesses:
Absolutely NONE
Review:
Unbelievable is all I can say for a speaker in such a small enclosure. I hooked em up to my outlaw amp and mixed them with my axiom speakers and they are incredable and that was inside. I have some smaller axiom's I use for my rear channels but now I going to buy a pair of the 55's or 60's for my rear as these go outside. Dont worry just buy them
