Directional tweeter sends the sound right where it needs to go.
Weaknesses:
Need subwoofer to balance them out, but who expects a 4x6 to stand alone anyway??
Review:
I have a 1987 Porsche 944 and was having a hard time finding quality speakers for the factory 4x7 holes. My retailer (who I now swear by) suggested these. With four of them in place, and balanced by a 10" Polk subwoofer, they sound great and a a lot louder than they look. I will definitly buy them again.

Review:
Polk audio does it again - I heard these in my sisters cavalier the day she put them in and I was very impressed. They even have nice tight bass response off of her aiwa head unit. I would consider them acoustic speakers because the clearity is amazing. I should have got these instead of my infinity kappa mids.
