The balance is perfect on them, not to much of anything and defiantly not lacking anything as far as sound goes. These speakers sound excellent.

Review:
I had stock speakers in my vehicle and replaced them with these and was so impressed with the sound… They don’t have a lot of bass to them but they sound nice and crisp. I would recommend these speakers to anyone who loves hearing music in their car. When I placed them in my corolla I was so impressed that’s all I have to say! I will definitely buy Polk audio again!

Review:
I purchased a pair of 12" Polk GNX124's to replace the woofers in the speakers of my home stereo system. I was so impressed with the performance of the GNX124's I decided to replace the 5" drivers in my StudioLAB speakers with Polk EX350's. Although the EX350's are technically "full-range" drivers, the crossover circuit in my StudioLAB speakers directs the bass frequencies to the Polk GNX124's, while the Polk EX350's handle the mid-range and high frequencies (the EX350 is a "co-axial driver, which includes a integrated tweeter). Like the Polk GNX124's, the peformance of the EX350's didn't disappoint me! I would highly recommend these 5" drivers for the clarity of their sound reproduction! My music
