The PA880 is a single-channel class A/B amplifier with built-in fully variable low-pass crossover. The PA880 monoblock is equipped with optional remote bass EQ control and is capable of one-channel operation with a maximum power of 800 Watts into 2 ohms.
PA880 Features:
Monoblock amplifier for subwoofer use.
300 Watts x 1 (4 ohm), 500 Watts x 1 (2 ohm).
CEA-2006 compliant specifications for true, accurate power ratings.
800 Watts x 1 (2 ohm) dynamic power.
2 ohm stable design can drive even the most demanding subwoofers.
Power and ground terminals accept bare wire up to 4 AWG. Terminals use standard #2 Phillips head screwdriver-no more hex wrenches to lose or strip!
High-speed MOSFET switching power supply and high current bipolar output transistors pump maximum voltage and high current to your speakers or subwoofers.
Double layer fiberglass epoxy printed circuit boards for more rigidity, less shrinkage and a smaller overall amp footprint.
6-way Smart System Protection (SSP) circuits.
Switchable 3-position bass boost (0dB, 6dB, 12dB) for extra bass thump.
Switchable 180° phase inversion for easy sub to main integration.
RCA outputs for easy daisy chaining of other amplifiers.
Mounting hardware with rubber isolation grommets and extra fuses included.
Light bar/fan output-connect an optional LED light bar or cooling fan for custom installations.
Status LEDs give instant information on amplifier operation.

Strong clean accurate power for a very musical friendly pair of subs equals amazing results. And small size is incredibly nice.
Weaknesses:
Heat may be a problem in the future, but at this point it has not overheated or givin any fuss. And despite my wildest dreams I am not sponsored by Polk ;)
Review:
Picked this amp up to power a pair of TC Sounds TC-1000 12" DVC subwoofers. The subs are rated well above (600rms per sub) the RMS of this amp but the amp still is able to push the subs incredibly well and cleanly. It may not be a SPL monster of an amp, but so far its a great SQ amp. The amp is also far smaller then any previous Mono amp I have had and that has allowed me to do an under seat install which is great. The only worry I have with this amp is that it seems to get very warm wired at 1ohm, though it has yet to go into protect mode or overheat, so only time will tell how it affects the amp.

Nice power its= was hard to find an amp to run stable at 1ohm at this price point.. Picked it up at bestbuy when it was on sale. I would recomend this amp to everyone im picking up another one this weekend for my other car.

Blue led light on amp is anoying

Bought this amp a few weeks ago. All i can say is wow.... It was more than I expected. I have it pu shing 3 12's in a sealed box and it is at 1ohm load. It did blow out my fuse next to my battery, but after asking around I found out that my fuse was way to small for this amp so i bought a larger fuse and cranked this baby back up and it is working nicely. Love the bass knob. My other car has an infinity basslink and I grew to like the bass knob and was glad to find out this amp had one as well.

Love my PA880. Just upgraded from an S10L5 Kicker to the S12L5 and it pushes my sub better than perfect and its not at its full capacity. Can't wait till my sub is broken into since it hasn't been a week since i upgraded my sub so i can test it at its full potential.
