low cost great sound
none at this price
Good value subwoofer. It really adds something to movie soundtracks and music. Adds good bass depth for not a lot of money.

Small size; tight, relatively hard punch despite being ported - no sloppiness with the bass here.
Absolutely none for this price range ($10.00 used)
This is one of the great bargains I've come across this year. I picked it up used at a local thrift store for $10.00, but was unable to test it. I took it home, connected it, and with a few dial-ins for the crossover and volume, it was sounding terrific. The veneer is just in the very first stages of separating, but this little bruiser is perfect for my office system.

Great size for small spaces! Takes up the bass bookshelf speakers lack. Quality build for a Sub of this value.
Bottoms out easily kinda expect that with a 8in speaker and this size sub tho.
This isn't intended to "rock the house" cuz trust me it won't!! It's a great partner to a pair of bookshelf speakers taking up the bass they can't handle. That's where it stops tho. (Can't handle a LOT of bass...bottoms out quick if it's fed too much) Not a bad thing.....that's all it was intended for. If you intend to experience intense bass spend a extra few bux for a Velodyne. If you have limited space and just wanna take the edge off your bookshelf mains then this is a NICE sub for that.
