The front-firing bass port of the T15 Speaker adds deep, punchy bass response to an already dynamic bookshelf loudspeaker.
T15 Features:
Unlike other speakers in this price range, R/T/M Series enclosures are constructed of solid, extensively braced MDF. This virtually eliminates internal resonances and damps energy-stealing vibrations, for more efficient operation and more transparent sound.
Polk’s proprietary, patented Dynamic Balance technology allows our engineers to design out distortion-causing driver and system resonances, so you only hear the good sounds.
Unlike horns or metal domes, silk dome tweeters deliver clear and detailed highs, without fatigue, even at high volume.
Durable, efficient, and tuned with our Dynamic Balance process, polymer composite cones produce smooth, natural sound.
Acoustically-inert stamped driver baskets are strong and vibration-free, and durable butyl rubber surrounds deliver a lifetime of high performance.
R/T/M Series models all feature professionally designed, speaker-specific bass porting, for highly efficient deep bass response that adds thrilling realism to your sound.
An "open architecture" anti-diffraction grille design, and acoustically inert speaker grille, will never get in the way of your sound.
Our high efficiency design results in sound that’s spacious and clear, warm and realistic, when combined with practically any electronics, even the most modestly-powered amplifer or receiver.
All Polk loudspeakers are timbre-matched within their series, designed with the same components throughout, to achieve seamless speaker-to-speaker blending effects in multi-channel systems.
Dual gold-plated, professional-style 5-way binding posts, for the most secure connection options.
All models in the R/T/M Series are magnetically shielded, and engineered to be safe when placed near sensitive AV equipment like monitors or TVs.
All Polk products are made using the best materials and the most advanced manufacturing techniques. They pass the industry’s most exhaustive quality tests, including drop testing, extreme signal response and UV & salt exposure testing. Polk loudspeakers are built to perform for a lifetime.

Value for money
Weaknesses:
Nothing if you get them below 100$
Review:
Got it from Best buy this black friday at an amazing deal. Awesome speakers. Takes some time to break though. The speakers will sound warm and loud after 40hrs of playing. Thats my assumption Very good build and quality. I use them as my front with my Onkyo.

Good solid sound for the price. Good mounting options and great wire post connections also.
Weaknesses:
a center speaker that is slightly smaller that would match them well.(build/sound quality)
Review:
I found the T15s to have a solid sound for wall mounting on appropriatly sized speaker mounts. They do take some time to break in, but i found that when they do, they have a wide slightly warm side to them that i like. The treble has good sparkle. I have them up high(7 ft) and aimed downward towards the listener. Not the most optimal but nevertheless they sound solid.

Clean, crisp sound. Great for music and movies.
Weaknesses:
NONE... maybe a little more mid bass, but my sub takes care of that.
Review:
I have always like Polk audio, but never bought anything Polk for some reason... My first Polk purchase was a 12" sub for my car... it is AWESOME in comparison. It offers great sound reproduction and covers all types of music not just deep bass. That got me wanting to upgrade my home audio. I started with these T15's, II am VERY happy with the sound, especially for the price. I then searched for a new center and found the CS10 center channel - couldn't pass this up either. I use these for music and movies (no rears though) and they perform very well. If I needed a home sub I would look into Polk, but I love my current sub too much.

Speaker grill slightly weak. Could easily break.
Review:
I am using 5 of these speakers in a 5.1 sytem. together they create a very realistic 3-dimensional sound. Very good tone for the price. I am a sound engineer and these impress me.

distorts when playing lows at high volume mine has a small defect
Review:
I got these speakers as a gift and I love them. Polk is now my favorite companies to buy speakers from. these speakers you cant go wrong. Great sound. These will last a long time. mine has a small defect on the actual speaker's plastic/rubber piece that makes it vibrate like a cheap speaker while the other doesn't. I'm going to contact polk about this soon. Otherwise 5 stars.

Sound quality, efficiency, craftsmanship.
Weaknesses:
Made in China.
Review:
Perfect for the price. I use these under an overhang for outdoor speakers - facing due north, they never get wet. They sound awesome; better than any true weatherproof "outdoor speaker" could. My issue is that they're made in China. I would have paid $150 if they were U.S. made.

They are very loud. Good for a big room.
Weaknesses:
The design is boring and the outside is cheap feeling.
Review:
After listening to the speakers I was amazed of the sound that was produced. I am currently using them for my turntable and cassette player. This is a big upgrade for me (use to use $40 speakers). These speakers are great for the price.

NONE. Now go buy a set for yourself.
Review:
Bought these on Black Friday. For an entry level set of speakers, these things are amazing. I didn't expect them to sound so good. They play the midbass very well and the highs are crisp and clear.

Well constructed good value for the money; good fit for a low budget home theater system.
Weaknesses:
Agree with the chinese construction comment but overall no weaknesses found.
Review:
Just bought a pair of these yesterday and I am very satisfied with them. I was looking for a small set of front speakers that would fit into my entertainment center and room. My living room and dining are about 400 square feet. The T15 fit my space very well. The Klipsch or Bose 301 or 201, and others at best buy had too much bass in them; great speakers but not what I was looking for. For those looking for a set up with out a subW then buy the Klipsch or Bose 301, 201. For those looking to separate the sound frequencies and create great sound get a pair of these.

Crystal clear vocals. They are almost free.
Weaknesses:
none ... maybe lacking base like all other bookshelf speakers.
Review:
I had planned on spending $300+ on a new set of speakers for my office. I am blessed to work at home, and often crank the music. Still my office is not huge (10x10). While listening to a whole host of speakers I saw a set of T15's which were not hooked up. Why not listen to them as well. After all they are only $100. They should make the $300 speakers sound great, right? Wrong! After listening the the T15's the other speakers sounded muffled and unclear. And although I preferred the sound of these speakers with a sub, the truth was all of the bookshelf speakers sounded better with a sub.

Great quality sound and very efficient. I use them with a Primare amp (over kill) which is ultra efficient and I am very impressed. I have a Klipsch center speaker and a Def Tech sub (made by Polk) Perfect size for my wife so I luck out.
Weaknesses:
None so far!!!
Review:
Just bought two pair to replace two 30 year plus big case speakers used in a surround sound set up. Very impressed so far. Great quality and price too!

Clear sound, and nice design.
Weaknesses:
None at this point. You cannot expect house-rumbling bass to come from 5-1/4" speakers. (That's why you add a sub; to fill it out)! :)
Review:
Just purchased these for a "Zone 2" in the house. Using along with the PSW10 subwoofer. Not a bad combination. Price was GREAT at Best Buy, so for that reason, I could not go wrong. Worth every penny.

these are replacing my front L&R which was a set of DJ style 3-way loudspeakers, which was very un-matched to my Klipsch surrounds and center being powered by Yahama RX-V663. These little speakers huave such a large stage sound it is had to imagine they are bookshelf speakers. I am very impressed, congrats

Very clear sound, midbass and treble are amazing, have the frequency cutoff at 100hz, which help in making louder, clearer sound. Very impressed. $100/pair well spent.
Weaknesses:
Wished they could handle a bit more juice. 100w/ch isnt that impressive. Worried i may blow them. I do wonder about the real handling abilty. Is it 100 peak or 100 rms?
Review:
I bought these polk T15's from best buy to replace the older klh bookshelf speakers i had before and upgraded to a 7.1 system. I am running 6 of the t15's for front and both sets of surrounds, as well as a CSR center channel from polk and the psw505 12" sub, it sounds amazing and my neighbors actually had to come over to see what all the rumbling was.
