TSi300
3-way tower speaker with two 5 1/4-inch drivers.

Small Footprint, Big Performance
It’s a stylish solution: Build the bookshelf style speaker into its own stand. The result is a smaller tower that takes up almost no floor space and saves you the hassle of speaker stands. In exchange you get solid, efficiently stable footing, and the enhanced performance of more enclosure space. Dynamics go beyond bookshelf, with a wide soundstage and detailed imaging in small to mid-sized rooms. It’s the tower with the soul of a bookshelf and the performance of a monster!
TSi300 Features:
Unlike other speakers in this price range, TSi enclosures are constructed of extensively braced, solid MDF with 3/4-inch baffles. This virtually eliminates internal resonances and damps energy-stealing vibrations, for more efficient operation and more transparent sound.
Beautiful pewter accents, a high gloss piano-finish black top plate and your choice of stylish black or cherry wood-grain finishes make TSi speakers a part of your decor.
Polk’s proprietary, patented Dynamic Balance® technology allows our engineers to design out distortion-causing driver and system resonances, so you only hear the good sounds.
Klippel motor optimization uses laser measurement technology to ensure a smooth excursion path at either end of the volume spectrum for uniform performance at both low and high volumes.
TSi design combines smaller drivers (for more overall driver area with less driver mass) and narrow baffle geometry (taking up less than one square foot of floor space), for wider range and more spacious soundstaging, so every seat in the house hears a prime performance.
Unlike horns or metal domes, silk dome tweeters deliver clear and detailed highs, without fatigue, even at high volume.
Durable, efficient, and tuned with our Dynamic Balance process, TSi Series polymer cones produce smooth, natural sound.
Surprisingly deep, musical bass response thanks to our critically tuned flared port venting system, which minimizes port noise ("chuffing") and smooths the turbulence of port air flow, to reveal big, full-bodied bass that blends effortlessly with the speaker’s overall dynamics.
All Polk loudspeakers are timbre-matched within their series, designed with the same components throughout, to achieve seamless speaker-to-speaker blending effects in multi-channel systems.
Our high efficiency design results in sound that’s spacious and clear, warm and realistic, when combined with practically any electronics, even the most modestly-powered amplifier or receiver.
Our high performance crossover system boosts performance with premium components, like mylar bypass capacitors, to extend response in the higher, more detail-oriented frequencies.
Dual gold-plated, professional-style 5-way binding posts, for the most secure connection options.
Dual binding posts allow bi-amp or bi-wire connections, for the ultimate in customized high performance audio.
Fat stabilizer feet on TSi Series floorstanding models make a solid stand on both carpet and hard wood floors, with the stability and efficiency to deliver more precise bass response and superior imaging.
All Polk products are made using the best materials and the most advanced manufacturing techniques. They pass the industry’s most exhaustive quality tests, including drop testing, extreme signal response and UV & salt exposure testing. Polk loudspeakers are built to perform for a lifetime.

Great soundstage, good bass from a smallish floorstander, very well built.
Weaknesses:
Not video shielded.
Review:
Running a pair of TSi300's with an early 80's vintage Pioneer integrated amp and Yamaha 5 CD changer strictly for music listening. Speakers have a very nice soundstage and more than adequate bass for my needs. Not technically savvy enough to really go to into anymore detail, but I can say I have had a no. of Polk Audio speakers and have never been dissapointed. Polks performance is just as good as higher priced brands such as Paradigm, Klipsch, Energy, etc.

High quality through & through. From the box they come in, to the beautiful cabinets.
Weaknesses:
None apparent to me!
Review:
My old, small Sony satellite SS-MS5's speakers sounded OK, but at over 10 years old my CD's & Blu's needed sound quality from this century. I hooked them up & added 2 of the MS5's as surround backs for a complete 7.1 system. First test, a few CD's.. OH MY GOODNESS! I forgot what real stereo separation sounded like! It's amazing how those small speakers could not handle a simple job of stereo sound? The distinction between L & R channel on the TSi's are unbelievable! Incredible punch & clarity! Test #2: 7.1 blu. Watched "Bank Job" in it's entirety & was amazed at the front surround separation. Worth every penny & a great compliment to my Yamaha 663 & Sony PS3. Looking forward to a Polk sub soon.

Weaknesses:
better with a sub woofer, but not essential
Review:
Just replaced polk r30s with these speakers. They are stronger in the mid to low ranges. I do pair them with a polk psw 111. But I don't know how much better you can do for the price. Beautiful clear transparent sound.

CLARITY , BALANCE , DYNAMIST , excelent materials , quiet good BOX that project good sound.Price is Awesome , unbelievable .Brought to my home and I saved $$$$ in GAS , MAN .What else can I ask for?
Weaknesses:
No way Man , any , any , these are the closest thing to perfecion that I have ever heard. Like I have mention only for HIGH RANGES (voices). Dont try them alone.
Review:
MAGNIFIQUE,these speakers are for REAL,MAN.WHOA,totally surprised and shocked by the clarIty of the voices , the balance and the DYNAMIST that spreads . Finally I have to put my legendary JBL , that were unbeaten for the past 20 years, in the backyard , given pass to these glorious MASTERPIECES . Of course you have to add a pair of good MIDBASS and a special crossover for LOW range , to give the ACUSTIC ,but primarly for the HIGH RANGE , try these jewels, MAN , you are not going to be disappointed . Also thanks to Circuit City , the price with the coupon , excelent, as well as the attention. With my new ONKYO , you feel you are in heaven .

Weaknesses:

Review:
This speakers are amaizing. It's produce a rich fidelity of sound also at high and low volume. Now I don't want to get my home theater system turn off for hours. When I begin to listen my music collection the speaker do a good job for my ears. I decided to buy this masterspieces because I have a pair of TSI 100 and I am very satisfied with them. Now I put the TSI 100 to a little system for my child and put the TSI 300 in my little home theater. Now I enjoy more to listen the sorround sound of my AV Receiver. This speakers have a good measurement in all senses, bass (of course you have to get a subwoofer for a home theater system) and trebble. Thanks Polk for build this speakers and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Smooth, crisp range all the way to the bass. Well built easy on the eyes. Ideal footprint and height for sound imaging.
Weaknesses:
Absolutely none.
Review:
I auditioned the TSi300 against others of similar size. No contest. The forward, clear, crisp sound was exactly what I was seeking. Bass output is very good though I do have a sub for action stuff. The footprint is ideal and the height puts the sound stage in the middle of my flat screen. I highly recommend the TSi300. A family room remodel required the replacement of 25 year old bulky bookshelf speakers in a 5.1 system.

Review:
I've had the speakers running for only a week so far, therefore they have not been completely broken in. I have the Tsi300's paired with a CS20 Center, R300's for surrounds, and 10" Dahlton powered sub in 5.1 setup. I am using a Sony 7.1 reciever to push the system and I have the Tsi 300's bi-amped since I don't really have any extra room for additional surround speakers. The speakers sound great and provide smooth clarity over the entire sound spectrum. The look is fabulous with the Tsi series as it matches most new flat screen televsions with the black piano finish. I can definately tell a difference when the speakers are bi-amped. They are sharper and more vivid and really let you know that they are there. I use this system primarly for home theater application and tv watching. I don't really have an opinion on these for music in 2-channel stereo mode although most music enthusiast would probable prefer a little more punch, especially for large rooms.

Fantastic sound, beautifully designed. Pair with a sub (I run a Polk PSW-110) and you have a great speaker system for a mid sized room.

Clarity.Detailed sound.Sounds great even at high volume.Beautiful cabinets.Another superior Polk product.
Weaknesses:
Non adjustable plastic feet takes away from the good looks of the cabinet and look chinsy. Sub woofer a option.
Review:
Great sounding speaker for no more drivers than are in the cabinet. If you notice they get the highest review percentage numbers than all other speakers in the whole TSi series. Even rated higher than the older Monitor 60II.A ton of great sound for such a small cabinet.

Powerful, compact, attractive appearance, strong bass and crystal highs.
Weaknesses:
Midrange is less prominent than highs and lows but can be brought out by reducing bass and treble slightly.
Review:
Very full, powerful bass response, superb highs and both are crystal clear. Midrange is less prominent but can be brought out by reducing bass and treble a bit, if so desired. Much smaller footprint than my previous floor speakers without any sacrifice of sound quality. Height is just right for optimal listening. Black, with a piano finish top, matches my TV, computer and other components perfectly. If making a single connection, be certain that all of the nuts, both upper and lower, are tightened down snugly. Otherwise, the metal strip under the nuts, joining the bass and treble connectors, won't complete the circuit and you won't hear any bass.
