Rated 5 out of 5 by CplG from Great Choice for my Florida pool/patio I toiled over outdoor speaker reviews for over six months before choosing these. I put these speakers in my home office for a week to use them for streaming purposes and a break in period before mounting in my covered patio. These speakers have great clarity and punchy bass. I am glad I went with the Atrium 6 instead of the 5. These speakers are replacing a smaller pair of Jensen 3-way outdoor speakers (15 years in use) still being sold at Best Buy for $99. These speakers will sound great when I mount them and the sound can travel across my patio/pool area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Antnyy from Excellent…but This product was amazing no doubt I installed them and they have amazing bass 🔥! My only pet peeve is I wish Polk Audio would include the mounting bolts for the speakers or at least leave the info for the proper size mounting screws

Will banana plugs work with the atrium 6 And if so how

Hello, Banana plugs will work with the Atrium 6. You will have to remove the plastic plugs on the top of the binding posts and there you can insert the banana plugs.

I recently bought the Atrium 6 and noticed that the bass in one is not as loud/prominent as the other. Are they supposed to work like this or is this a defect?

Hi DDW9, It not easy to be sure from this end. Usually if there's a defect with a speaker, it is usually a lot more apparent than how you describe. Often a lack of bass in any speaker is down to placement. The closer it is to a wall, the more bass you can get from a speaker. Outdoors can be tricky for bass because there are usually fewer walls for sound to bounce off.

Hello, I currently have a pair of Atrium 4 and Atrium 5 running off of a Yamaha R-S202BL. I would like to add the Subwoofer but not sure what kind of receiver to get. Will the Denon DRA-800H support two pair of speakers and the subwoofer?

The Denon DRA-800H is an excellent choice as it provides two Subwoofer pre-outputs plus two sets of speaker terminals for speakers A and B. The DRA-800H also comes equipped with HEOS.
