**Online orders placed on 29th December – 3rd January will dispatch on 4th January**
All products sold through polkaudio.com receive free shipping. We offer same day courier dispatch on all products if ordered before 2:00pm GMT Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands.
Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday in the Netherlands will be processed the next business day.
We deliver to the United Kingdom.
Once you have received email confirmation of dispatch your order should arrive within:
- 2-3 Business days
Please note the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has shipped.
Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery to Islands. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or overseas military addresses.
We do not deliver to Channel Islands and Gibraltar.
A signature/photo upon delivery will be required for all orders. Please note: If you opt for your order to be left at an alternative / safe place directly with the carrier, this is done so at your own risk. Any damage or loss will not be compensated in these instances.
