How do I find out exactly what model sound bar I have? I'm looking to get a new sub woofer, ours is starting to crack. It's about 5 years old. Sound bar still works great. TIA

Hello, the model number should be listed on the back of the soundbar. However, I recommend that you reach out to our product support team, as they may also look up the model number using the serial number and have the ability to place a subwoofer replacement order for you if possible.

Hello, the Polk React Sub is only compatible with the Polk React Soundbar. The Polk MagniFi mini comes with a wireless subwoofer, and no additional sub can be added.

Can I pair the React Sub to my Yamaha TSR-700 AV Receiver via bluetooth, in a Dolby 5.1 wired set up? The receiver is bluetooth capable. The Yamaha manual says that I can use devices that support "MusicCast Surround"

Hello, the Polk React Wireless subwoofer is designed to pair with the Polk React Soundbar. The React wireless subwoofer will only pair with the React soundbar and cannot pair with your Yamaha receiver. Suggestion, Subwoofer wireless kits are available 3rd party and can be used with our powered subwoofers. A quick online search for "subwoofer wireless kit" to pair with the Polk Monitor XT10 for a wireless subwoofer solution.

Hello, the Polk React Soundbar is compatible with the Polk React Subwoofer. Our soundbars do not come equipped with a subwoofer pre-out. The PSWi225 requires an RCA pre-out connection. Consider the following options.
1. Add a two-channel or surround sound receiver (with an LFE out) and speakers. This option allows the use of your existing subwoofer.
2. Use the PSWi225 in another room and purchase a new Polk Audio Soundbar with a Wireless sub.
