Questions

Can these be powered by the Marantz MM8077?  It’s a 7 channel, 150W per channel AV Separate.  The max wattage of the R100 is 150, would this put strain on the speaker over time?

Hello, the Marantz MM8077 will make for a great pairing with the Polk Audio R100 speakers. The R100 speakers perform exceptionally well when provided with quality power, which the MM8077 will deliver in spades. This pairing will not strain the R100 speakers. Happy listening.

What is the minimum recommended distance from the wall for these speakers?

Hello, That will vary depending on the shape and size of the room, but in many istances a six inch gap from the wall is the minimum.

Is there any plans to make a satilite speaker for the reserve speaker line? I think the r900 a little to big for my room.
