Quality, Integration, and Control

HTS 10

Quality, Integration, and Control

Built-in controls for variable volume, low pass filter and phase (0/180°) for optimum bass levels. Set power toggle to Auto on/off or DC control (12V trigger) for fast and easy on/off power switching in the sub and other home theater equipment-all easily accessible on the back panel.

Strong, rigid and acoustically inert enclosure reduces unwanted internal standing waves for less audible coloration. And non-resonant Meddite MDF construction, with extra bracing and minimum thick baffles, ensures a more lifelike sound.

Connect via LFE (unfiltered / low pass disabled) or stereo line level RCA inputs-complements any home theater system (cables not included)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality, size, and effective sub! Excellent shipping and product quality. I bought two of these for my home PCs to enjoy hi res streaming audio, plus bonus call conferencing. Paired with NAD C388 BluOS and Polk L200s for awesome sounds streaming, or watching music videos. They are the right size, and have enough punch make music rich. Thank you Polk Audio!

Questions

Hello, I am interested in how the subwoofer behaves at a very low volume of music (10-15%). It doesn't have an "always on" feature, and I don't want it to switch to standby mode regularly after 20 minutes. I use Y-cinch (stereo wiring) for my subwoofer

Asked by: JoSo
Hello, Our subwoofers feature an auto off feature to save power and to comply with power regulations in various countries. This circuitry will turn on once a signal is sent and you should have no issues with even low volumes.

Would I be able to hook this to my Edifier S2000MKIII? I am using those as computer speakers, using the optical connection that is plugged into the motherboard. The s2000MKIII has dual RCA but no dedicated sub out.

Asked by: Eric408
Hello, this would be a question better suited to ask Edifier to see if there is an option to hook up an external subwoofer to. As long as those speakers can output a signal to the subwoofer then it would be possible to use ours. Please contact them to see if that is possible.

Is wireless connection available?

Asked by: Bwana
Hi Bwana, Unfortunately, the HTS-10 does not come equipped with wireless support. While there are wireless kits out there, we haven't tested any of to determine how effective they are, and therefore we caonnot make any recommendations Running a wire isn't always convenient, but it is very much the most reliable way to supply a sub-woofer feed.

The D03 looks to be equipped with an RCA Subwoofer output. If so, connect the Subwoofer output to the LFE input on the subwoofer.

Which subwoofer pairs best with my T50 speakers? I'm running a Fosi BT20A amp. Thinking about an XT12 or an HTS 10

Using the Fosi BT20A amplifier, you will want to go with the XT12 subwoofer. The XT12 subwoofer provides you with Hi-Level speaker connections necessary using the Fosi amplifier.
