Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really enjoying the bass Adds a nice bass to the Blueray sound tracks. This is the second PSW 108. 2 makes a hell of a difference. Sometimes the dogs think it is thunder. Yea man!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PSW108 Works perfectly with the L100 bookshelf set. I have a Rotel A12 and use the preamp out to control the subwoofer. I wish I could register it, but my login fails and the forgot password button doesn't do anything. Since my email is 'already used', I am effectively blocked from the Polk www.

Questions

I have a single subwoofer output from my receiver. Which input do I use?

Asked by: Jason1111
Hello, the Left or Right Line Input can be used when connecting the Polk Audio PSW 108 subwoofer to a receiver's LFE Subwoofer Output. Another hookup option is to use a Y-split cable and connect both L and R Line inputs.

How do I hook up my Polk PSW108 subwoofer to my Denon AVR-301

Asked by: Barron
Hello, I do not know of an AVR-301. If you mean the S301, it is a self-contained unit and will only connect to the speakers and sub-woofer included in the opriginal package.

Looking to replace PSW108 subwoofer. Has the PSW108 been discontinued? All I can find is PSW10, not thrilled with the silver.

Asked by: Vjb72
Hello, the Polk Audio Monitor XT12 subwoofer is worth putting on your shortlist. It offers a Black Front Faceplate, a similar price point, and powerful bass reproduction.

I have a down-firing subwoofer and it sounds good as long as it doesn’t rattle

Asked by: Lil perm
Hey polk audio! I’m bringing the bad news on my old subwoofer, which now has a hole in the surround foam at the bottom of the driver. I’m thinking about buying a new subwoofer from y’all and I want deep bass (because I’m a hip hop person and I love the bass when it sounds deep enough for me to hear it).

Hi, I am looking for a powered SW that can take an output from a computer (iMac), which would come in the form of a stereo mini to RCA, and could, in turn, drive two bookshelf speakers with pigtail/speaker wire inputs. Would the PSW 108 work?

Asked by: djsundt54
The sub can be connected using a stereo mini to RCA. This connection, however, will not allow output to speakers. The speaker level input must be used to output to external speakers.
