The front bass port makes them truly "bookshelf speakers", allowing them to be mounted close to the wall. Most of all I liked the great sound. I bought to replace the old speakers that broke. Connected to my thirty-year-old amplifier, they breathed life into my old stereo system

Hi will a Yamaha rx-v465 home reciver work for these?

Hello, This receiver will work great with these speakers, just note that you will have to make sure it is set in either 8 or 6 ohms mode as the speakers are rated for either one of these resistances.

Hello I am trying to connect my T15 speaker to my turntable and mixer, I also have a Fosi Audio Tpa3116 mini power amp but get a very low sound through speaker, am I missing something  Thanks!

Hello, There are a few things, the amp you are using runs in 4ohms and our T15s are rated for 8 ohms → 6 ohms, it is also 50 x 2 channels which means if the speakers are asking for more than 25 watts, they are not able to draw more power. The amp seems to be the weak link here and we would advise that you look for something with more power. We usually recommend Denon and Marantz amps as they power turntables really well and pair great with our speakers.

Would the T15s work well if placed in a low and tight entertainment cabinet (by low I mean 3" above the ground) by tight, they would be placed with about an inch or inch and a half of clearance on all sides.

You can find value packs of rubber, felt, & cork adhesive feet in the hardware or home accessories isle of lots of stores. They all work great. I ecspecially like the square rubber feet that lift your speaker about a quarter inch off the surface.

I bought these and connected them to my amp primarily to listed to my vinyl records in my office.  Even at the highest bass setting, it is very faint.  Do I need to use a subwoofer with these to get more bass sound?

To add to this question, the psw10 sub from Polk can be wired into a receiver without sub outputs or lfe using the speaker input/outputs as well

I bought my daughter a Denin AV receiver with phono inputs. Are these speakers just wired into back of receiver with speaker wire?

That is correct. Connect the T15 speakers using a speaker wire connection. I suggest configuring the AV receiver's speaker settings to small with an X-Over setting of 60 Hz or higher. I read you can use regular speaker wire to connect to a receiver. Can you use banana plugs also?
