Good evening, greetings from Brazil. I'm seeking to purchase a soundbar. I am writing because I just loved your explanation about wattage. I do have an NAD receiver, and Linn speakers and I really appreciate music. The S2 suffices what room size?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hello, the Polk Audio S2 Soundbar is right at home in most Small to Medium-sized rooms. Room acoustics can also play a role in improving sound in any room size. The S2 may be considered in Medium to Large sized rooms if the room is acoustically treated.

Hello I can't find how many watts is this system. Thank you

Asked by: Mary k w
Hello, This specification is not listed because wattage ratings can only offer a meaningful guide when matching an amplifier to speakers. As the speakers and the amplifier for th e Signa S2 have already been chosen as an ideal pairing from a power point of view, it means the amplifier power is already sufficient to allow for the desired performance of the speakers within. Some speakers can sound impressive with only 2 watts being fed into them, other speakers can sound under-powered when receiving 85 watts. Because of this, the necessity for a wattage rating to be offered for an amplifier which has it's own speaker built-in is removed.

Hi, I'm pretty sure either my daughter hid our remote for the sound bar or it grew feet and walked away. We've looked everywhere and it's disappeared. Is there a way to buy a new remote or what is the next best option?

My S2 keeps switching from HDMI (arc) input (one green light) to Bluetooth mode (one blue light) without any input from me. No buttons was pressed on the soundbar or my TV remote. I have to keep turning off/on both my TV and the S2 to get it back to HDMI.

Asked by: trippster2
Hello, there may be a paired Bluetooth device that continues to try and reconnect with the bar—troubleshooting tips. 1. Press and hold the TV button for 5 seconds to reset the Bluetooth standby feature. 2. Unpair your Bluetooth devices. 3. Perform a power rest by unplugging the bar for 5 minutes before plugging back in. If further assistance is needed, please visit https://www.polkaudio.com/en-us/contact-us.html

I have a 55" TV on a cart in my shop. The TV's audio is really weak. I need more volume, but I also need to maintain the mobility of the tv to work in any corner of my shop. Will this allow me to add wireless speakers around my shop?

Asked by: MutualBill
Hello, Unfortunately, the Signa S2 is self-contained and therefore is not compatible with surround speakers. The following Soundbars can have SR2 wireless surround speakers added to them: Polk MagniFi 2, MagniFi Mini AX, MagniFi Max AX, and Polk React. https://www.polkaudio.com/en-us/category/sound-bars/

Any way to use sigma 2 Soundbar with a tv that has a hdmi but not hdmi-arc connection.

Asked by: userfriendly
Hello, Yes - you can connect the Signa S2 to a TV's audio output using two other options; an optical cable, and also an analog cable (3.5mm to 3.5mm). Both are easily found in electronics specialist outlets such as Best Buy or Amazon. With either of these, you will not need to connect an HDMI cable between the Signa S2 and your TV.
