what is the sensitivity of the SE15's? The online information reports this as 88db@1KHz and the .pdf manual reports is as 85db@1KHz?

I have two S15 speakers connected to a Denon receiver. Which of the Polk Center Channel speakers would be a good pairing if I'm looking for increased dialogue clarity?

Hello, For the Signature S15s speakers, we can recommend our Monitor and Signature Elite center channels to pair well with them. Something on the smaller size would work best as to not over power the S15s. I have VT60 rear ceiling s. I need shelf speakers for the front and like compact speakers. The ES series was recommended in another question, but also looking at the XT. ~15x15 living room, open concept downstairs. Not so cost focused. Thoughts?

Can I connect and amplifier to these and if so im just wondering what all I would need to connect the amplifier and these speakers so my player.

Hi Clove, The Signature Elite ES15 is a passive loudspeaker and therefore requires conventional connectivity to an amplifier. 14 gauge speaker wire is recommended for anything up to 15' runs (each). 12 gauge is a better bet for longer than 15' speaker cable runs. Banana plugs are not essential, but do add conveinece and help prevent shorting-out from stray wire strands.

How well would the ES15 pair with a Marantz model 2252? Other suggestions?

Will these work with an older stereo system? Also are they wiress?

Hello, The Signature Elite ES15s are a traditional passive design which can work with stereo systems from yesterday or from 50 years ago. As they do not have power amplifiers built-in, they are not wireless.
