In march i ordered a magnifi mini ax & paid 450$ 4 days later they went on sale for 300$ they said it was a march special so I called polk customer service & explained the issue & they refunded 150$ so I only paid 300!!!THATS CLASS it's a amazing sound from their speakers I've had subwoofers in my car n & now I got a true surround sound system 2 rears 5 in soundbar &a subwoofer &its AMAZING poetic crisp clear almost like you are in a concert TRUELY AMAZING you wont be disappointed by polk they take care of us customers ROCK ON

Hello, are these compatible with the Signa S2 soundbar/ sub?

Hey there! If you're looking to add some wireless surround speakers to your Polk Audio system, the SR2 model is a great choice. It's compatible with the Polk React, MagniFi Max AX, MagniFi Mini AX, and Polk MagniFi 2 soundbars, so you'll have plenty of options to choose from. Just keep in mind that if you have the S2 soundbar, it's not compatible with wireless rear speakers.

is the sr2 gonna work just for streaming music by itself?

Hello, in order to function, the Polk Audio wireless SR2 speakers must be paired with a compatible soundbar. Music streamed to the SR2 comes from the soundbar and won't work without it.

How long are the power cords on the SR2?

Each Polk Audio SR2 wireless surround speaker comes with an AC power adapter with an attached 9.75' DC cord.

Can I add multiple pairs of SR2 surround speakers? Right now we have a pair of these at the back of the room. But we have 4 rows of seats and if I’m sitting in the first 3 rows, I can’t hear the surrounds. So I was hoping to be able to put more SR2s.

Hello, unfortunately only one pair of SR2 surrounds can function with one system at a time. In this case, it may be worth looking to explain into some of the passive speaker offerings we have. You can pair these with perhaps a Denon or Marantz AVR as we do enjoy pairing our speakers with their devices.

i have a magnifi mini sound bar that is about 2 years old --- it does not say ax on the bottom of speaker --- are the SR2 speakers compatable with my sound bar

Hello, The SR2 speakers will only work with the AX variant of this model and will not work with the one you currently have. There are no wireless speakers designed to work with the Magnifi Mini

Can i add these on to an existing magnifi max ax sr system to have additional speakers?

Hello, The Magnifi Max AX SR system comes with the wireless speakers that it is able to support and is unable to have extra added to it. In these cases, you may wish to look at an AVR home theater system to have further surround sound capabilities. We have plenty of passive speakers to choose from in that realm and we typically recommend Denon or Marantz receivers to pair with our speakers.

Do they work on 220v?

Hello, if purchased in a country that uses 220v then the speakers will come able to work with that voltage. In NA we sell them as 120v variants.

can you use a free standing speaker stand with these unites... I don't want to mount on a wall or a shelf

Hello, If you find a suitable third party stand, you can certainly use them with these speakers. We do not have any recommendations but there are plenty of options to choose from.
