Marine Certified

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent subwoofer I purchased 2 db 10s ran to 600.1 kicker amp. The amp puts out 1,200 watts peak . These subs can take that and more. The dbs are my first shallow mount subs. Don't let anyone tell you they don't hit ad hard as regular subs ,cause they do. Mine are in a sealed enclosure and still pound. Great value. I run all polk in my home. For the money you can't beat it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound quality I bought this sub 2 weeks ago and at first i put it in a small enclosure ( too small ) then i put it in a ported enclosure and wow, what a difference it made, the sound is really perfect, the it is very impressive because its clean and it hits hard, don't get me wrong i also bought a hertz mp300.4 12 inch sub that cost me near $1000 canadian with the enclosure and i removed it from my car to keep the polk one just to tell you how i love it.

Hello, Here the specification details we have on hand: DB 10" SVC Acoustic Parameters:  - Re = 3.5 Ohm  - Fs = 36 Hz  - Bl = 12.8 T-m  - Qts = 0.60  - Mms = 125 g  - Sd = 326.85 cm2  - Xmax = +/- 8.75 mm  - Xmech = +/-20.0 mm  - Znom = 4.0 Ohm  - Sensitivity (1W, 1m) = 85.0 dB  - Frequency Range (+/- 2 dB) = 30 - 500 Hz

Which wiring technique is best for a single subwoofer, 4ohm direct or coils wired in a series ,or coils wired in parallel ???

Hi I've purchased 2 of these DB1042s subwoofers, but I can't find a grill for them. Your manuals you don't include the external dimensions and the hole to hole so I can find something that might fit. Can I get those dimensions? Any suggested grills?
