What are the advantages and disadvantages of the r500 compared to the r200?  I’m using a rega brio, rel t5i sub and the room is 18 m2.

Considering the REL subwoofer, either the R500 or R200 should blend nicely into your system. Both the R500 and R200 provide similar specs. However, the R500 does have a higher sensitivity rating and better Bass response, allowing a lower crossover setting in the REL. It is also worth noting that the R500 does not require a speaker stand. This could be important in homes with children or pets.
